- She started her career in the automotive sector and worked in various companies during her professional life of about 30 years.
- She gained experience in logistics, sales, lean management, information systems, project management and management systems in different sectors such as automotive, textile and ropeway industry.
- She carried out the processes of establishment, new investments, reorganization, relocation, constitution of management and information systems of the companies she worked for, and had roles such as manager, general manager and executive board member.
- She is a certified EFQM Assessor, Professional Coach, ISO 50001 Lead Auditor and Corporate Sustainability Professional and continues to work actively in these areas.
- She is a Corporate Social Compliance Lead Auditor and provides consultancy in this area.
