- She graduated from Bursa Anatolian High School and Middle East Technical University Environmental Engineering Department. She has M.B.A. degree from Beykent University and continues her education in the Department of Sociology at Istanbul University.
- She started her career at Oyak Renault and worked in automotive, cable and service industries during her professional life of nearly 18 years.
- She worked on constitution of management systems, managing occupational safety, environmental and quality processes, developing proactive risk analyzes, realization of a behavior-oriented occupational safety culture and establishing zero waste systems.
- She serves as a lead auditor in Management Systems.
- She completed the Global Reporting Initiative Certification processes and received the “GRI Sustainability Professional Certificate”.
- Besides being a Corporate Sustainability Professional, she is an ISO 9001 – 14001 – 45001 and 50001 Lead Auditor.
- She is a Corporate Social Compliance Lead Auditor and provides consultancy in this area.
- Throughout her business life, she has carried out comprehensive process management and consultancy studies on sustainability and continues to work in this field.
- She is an Occupational Physician and Occupational Safety specialist trainer, has NEBOSH certification and is a Class A Occupational Safety specialist.
